Grapevine Public Library welcomes the REC Senior Choir for An Afternoon of Children’s Songs and Patriotic Music. This will be a fun musical event for the whole family to enjoy!
Come and hear a fun harp and piano recital featuring Ms. Megan Li and her students. This will be a beginner to intermediate level recital featuring a few favorite Disney songs along with other selections. All ages welcome.
Elizabeth St. Marie will lead us through an introductory lesson in energy work. She will discuss ways to boost your immune system, harmonize your energies, and start to feel whole again. Ages 13+
Susan Thompson, a certified Occupational Therapist, will educate us on the health benefits of Tai Chi through her program Flowing Mobility Tai Chi. Ages 13+
Denae Richards will guide us through a Sound Meditation using gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, and other instruments. This workshop will begin with guided relaxation & breathwork followed by an entrancing and ethereal sound bath. You will be lying down in a comfortable position as you're bathed by the healing sounds of the instruments. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring items with you to create a comfortable meditation nest – yoga mats, pillows, knee bolsters, blankets, etc. Teens and adults only please.
Storytime is back! Join us for stories and songs, followed by a simple craft. All ages welcome.

On the first and third Saturday of each month, the Library is visited by therapy dogs. They love to listen to children practice reading! No registration needed.
Magician Brett Roberts o'FISH'ally opens the first day of Summer Reading Club with The Gone Fishing Magic Show, where everyone gets to volunteer and participate in funny and amazing tricks, meet a magic fish puppet, and help with a fun racing game. Kids will even learn how to do a magic trick they can do for their friends. Join us as we dive into summer with this fun, family event. Remember to sign up for Summer Reading Club while you're here!

Each week we'll have a new ocean-themed art challenge accompanying the Art Cart. Put your creativity and maker skills to the test and see what you can make with each week's surprise supplies!
Who: Ages 10+ What: The eSports Academy gaming PCs and consoles will be open for free play, as well as practice for this months SSBU tourney. Bring your friends and try out our vast library of eSports and single player titles. When: Sunday, May 1st, 15th, and 22nd from 2:30 to 5:30 PM No registration needed.
Who: Ages 12+ What: Join us Monday night for the Valorant Champions Tour Stage 2: NA Challengers Viewing Night at the eSports Academy. The Valorant Masters tour will grant participants the first shot at bragging rights on the global scale, so we will be streaming the live event as well opening the computers up for Valorant matches and training. All skills levels are welcome. When: Monday, May 9th and 23rd from 5:30 to 7:30 pm
Who: Ages 10+ What: The eSports Academy will be hosting its monthly Super Smash Bros tournament this Sunday. Show off your skills as you compete against other local players for prizes as well as bragging rights. When: Sunday, May 29th from 2:30 to 5:30 pm
Who: Ages 8+ What: Visit the eSports Academy this Monday to jump into our Minecraft server and discover our new selection of server-wide mods. Change the game into a rogue-like adventure, hunt Pokémon across the many biomes of Minecraft, and much more! When: Monday, May 2nd and 30th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM No registration needed.
Knit & Crochet Circle is open to teens through adults of all skill levels. If you have supplies, please bring them, but we will have some available for in-class use as well. No registration needed; just come to the children's dept. where we'll be meeting.
