Rachel Huitt

Rachel Huitt has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Angelo State University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of North Texas.  She is a seasoned human resources professional with experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, compensation, payroll, performance management, employee and supervisor training, employee relations, policy creation, process improvement, reporting and analytics, and workers’ compensation.   Rachel holds professional human resources certifications for Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
