Right-of-Way Application Process
ROW submittals to the City, should consist of the following items and be submitted at the Engineering Counter in City Hall:
- ROW permit application or extension application.
- Three -sets of plans.
- Three -copies of TXDOT permit (if applicable).
- Applicant's contractor should have insurance on file.
