The possession, manufacture, storage, sale, handling, and use of fireworks are prohibited in the City of Grapevine.  Exceptions:  When approved by the City Council and the Fire Chief for fireworks displays.  Fireworks include sparklers, rockets, firecrackers, roman candles, torpedos, or any other substance in whatever combination used to obtain a visible or audible pyrotechnic display.  Fireworks are prohibited in City Parks, open land areas within the City and under certain conditions are subject to confiscation and citations.
