During our 2019-2020 construction phase we encourage you to visit Coppell Animal Services where animals are housed if you are missing your pet. Animals found in Grapevine may be turned into the shelter in Coppell as well so that owners may find them.

- If your pet is microchipped, call the company the chip is registered with to ensure your contact information is up to date and to notify them the animal is missing
- Connect with neighbors on NextDoor or via the NextDoor app
- Try online lost and found websites and search Facebook sites such as: Lost Dogs of Texas, Lost and Found Pets HEB, Lost and Found Pets Keller Southlake Colleyville, Texas - Lost Dogs, Cats & Pets, Lost and Found Pets of Grapevine, Texas.
- Create a flyer at Helping Lost Pets, PawBoost, or other similar website for distribution or make your own "missing" flyer with color photo and phone number--keep it simple
- For missing cats, place a litter box or bedding on your patio to help them re-orient to their home
- Call surrounding area shelters to leave a lost report

- Make a simple flyer. Don't be afraid to use a picture thinking that someone who is not the owner will want to reclaim. You may ask that anyone coming forward provide details about the pet, veterinary records, or simply several photos of the animal that most owners would have in their possession
