The City of Grapevine is located between Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas and is home to the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Current population is 50,000 residents.

The Purchasing Division of the City has a Purchasing Agent and Purchasing Coordinator who are responsible for the procurement of goods and services and manages the City warehouse operations. The Purchasing Division reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
